General Comments

I joined because of the discount on joining a gym, and wish I hadn't. I've spent over 10 hours on the phone with them trying to sort out a direct debit. Every month for the last 3 months they've made a mistake with the direct debit, twice after I've conference called in a representative of my bank. They've even charged me double on my credit card which I offered up thinking it would just make things easier. I've been a member for three years, have never made a claim, and the fees have jumped by 15% a year. The customer service is terrible.
