Good Points

I have banked with Abbey business banking for about 10 years, and have found it convenient and easy.


General Comments

I would advise anyone to avoid using Abbey National Business Internet Banking "sevice" - I will be transferring as soon as possible. Lately the service has dropped right off - I've waited an age for a new cheque book (essential for my business). No one answers my letters, the automated phone service does not recognise my date of birth so cannot be used. The overseas call centre is also hopeless.
