Laid back approach, get the car you order
You have to pay an extra fee to cover the cost of tyres and clutch
I have used this company twice and both times I asked for a Ford Focus C-Max and both times I got one. This is unlike Avis who tried to offer me a similar car which was smaller than the one I ordered (altough similar). The cars are in reasonable condition but may have a few marks or a wheel hub caps missing. Make sure you check it out before you set off and let the staff know of any problems. At least you blend in with the other Spanish cars and don't look like a tourist!!
You have to pay an extra fee to cover tyres and clutch which is a bit annoying . This is a local charge which for me should be included in the quote. I would definitely recommend this company. I booked them through economy car hire who are also very efficient.
