Good Points

Look good at first, text messaging


Bad Points

Poor quality, 3 out of the four phones broken in less than a year. (failing to charge) Handsets easily damaged and not built to last. Highest volume not loud enough, difficult to hear callers.


General Comments

Really disappointed with this phone. Quite expensive for the quad set, but they are very poor quality. The front fascia panels chip and scratched really easily and the volume, even set at the highest level is not good enough. Three out of the four phones in the set fail to charge correctly and one phone is completely unchargeable. This is under one year's use.
