Good Points

We cannot possibly think of any good points about XL airways! as our experience of flying with them was a disaster from start to finish.


Bad Points

We arrived at Gatwick to do a twilight check in only to be informed this service had been canceled two weeks previously, but no one had bothered to inform us! Apparently you must check the web site yourself before you travel.


General Comments

On the flight from Gatwick to Antigua, they had run out of the entertainments systems by the time they got to us, we then found the gluten free meal we had ordered did not materialise, so long flight for my husband with no food. The flight was very uncomfortable, I'm sure the chairs are shorter to come home. We tried contacting the rep so that we could pay for an upgrade, but she didn't get in touch for 5 days! no chance then to upgrade. We will never fly XL again, our letter of complaint was dealt with slowly and the powers that be decided to blame everyone else but themselves! its a very shoddy airline, and it spoilt our holiday.
