Good Points

Interesting range of stock under one roof (or website).


Bad Points

Customer service virtually non-existent, and actually obstructive when it comes to returns.


General Comments

I tried to return an external hard disk drive which did not function as expected. They stated that it could not be returned because it was a "memory" product, which it is not. If you really insist, they may send the new item to one of their engineers to check.

    You can store things on to the hard drive like a memory, you could store personal information on there or anything.
