Good Points

Nice colour


Bad Points

Cumbersome, unhygenic, very difficult to clean inside, vacuum hose gets all dirt stuck to inside, cleaning heads get blocked up with fibres, sucking up clean water afterwards does NOT get tools clean, steam tube gets VERY hot, steam jet nozzles get blocked with lime-scale, I could go on!


General Comments

This is just about the worst product I have ever bought. I don't have anything good to say about the company who sold it either.
