No telephone number to make a complaint and endless e-mails to faceless people who do not help I am still awaiting a refund.
Ordered flowers for mothers day they arrive late and the bouquet sent was a disgrace I paid 39.90 plus 5 delivery charge for a bunch of flowers that would cost about 10 from any other florist. My dispute continues with them you cannot speak to anyone because they do have a telephone number they never call you despite numerous e-mails. A complete nightmare from start to finish. If the dispute is not resolved I will seek recompense in the small claims court.
