Good Points

Good range of films and ease of use via the amazon website. Reliable and good value.


Bad Points

Being taken over by Lovefilm as far as I am aware!


General Comments

Customer service has always been quick and efficient and they have always sorted things out immediately when I have emailed them. Never really had to wait too long for films although there can be an inevitable delay with some new releases.

I moved to Amazon 3 years ago after the appalling service I received with lovefilm. I am really sad that Amazon have chosen to go the route of lousy Lovefilm. I shall cancel my account before the changeover and will miss this reliable service very much.
