Bad Points

ordered fridge/freezer came damaged to get a replacement have had to order another so shelled out second payment of £400+.
Constantly having to ring to find where replacement is still no joy cannot get refund on original fridge till they see it.
Sent 5 emails never got a reply always making excuses i.e. tried to ring could not get through / not received emails.
