Been with Utility Warehouse for nearly two years with telephone, electric and gas, and eventually braodcall... see Comments
Internet rarely works in my expereince. (i.e. approx 2 hours a month for me). Utility Warehouse IT customer services very unhelpful, saying it was our (new!) computer at fault. Had computer serviced and seen by a reputable retailer and on the three occasions they suggested to contact the supplier as it was obviously something wrong on their part. Utility Warehouse continued to suggest it was our computer and declined to help as far as I am concerned anyway... I have been charged £50 to cancel Broadcall with them as I have only had Broadcall package for 6 months, even though I had been a customer for two years, but in the long run that saves me money as I am paying out £20 a month for no service! To return to my normal telephone line would cost me another £99 on top of the cancellation fee, hence I am now looking for a new provider! I suggest you do not use Utility Warehouse Broadcall unless you have money to waste and don't use the internet anyway! I will remain with the company for gas and electric but I made a silly mistake by saying yes to their Utility Broadcall service!
