Bad Points

The Mobile Outlet's website already says to send a detailed statement of any amount you were owed before 15 Feb 2008 and details of any outstanding contract (future claims) to Begbies Traynor, Burley House, 12 Clarendon Road, Leeds LS2 9NF. Think this is their administrators.


General Comments

Also please sign the petition for the government to take action against this company, and others, for leaving us out of pocket.
http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/MobilesCashback/si gn. I used the cashback system for the last 4 years with no problems this has been the worst company I've ever used! This issue was aired on Chris Evans radio 2 programme Wed 5th march. Good luck!
