Hotel was good.
Flights. Appalling service and promised and paid for return 1st class travel not available for the second time in three years
Two years ago we booked 1st class flights outbound and return. We did not receive it on either flight. After complaints from all who had booked this service (I kept in touch) all any of us got was an apology. Last November we flew again with TCD and booked 1st class return. We were assured over and over that there would not be a recurrence of two years previously so on this basis and only on this basis we booked with them again. On our return flight there was no 1st class yet again, not only this but the crew on board were the worst crew we have ever had to fly with. We fly three times a year and have never had such poor service. We have just flown for the 1st time with Easyjet and their service was fantastic and caring. They advertise this service but you do not get it. Speaking to other passengers they have either had this happen before or know of others this has happened to. TCD do not care that you are disappointed or that they have your money for this service until you return from holiday. They offer only an apology and no compensation. We will never fly with them again and have contacted ABTA regarding their continued failed promises.
