Planes, services, luggage, flight attendants, food on-board.
I am condemned to fly TAP Portugal, because iIhave to go to Funchal [Madeira Islands] several times a year, and the only company that flies to there is this ridiculous thing called TAP! The service on-board is an absolute rubbish!... the flight attendants are more concerned with themselves than with the passengers. The planes are usually unclean, sometimes the smell is bad too!
