Since then useless.
Our Bank of Scotland Business Bank Account 'relationship' manager - is useless he has never contacted us. We tried to expand our business twice in fact and asked for help. How silly of us to ask for help! In return when we eventually got to speak with him on the first occasion it was too late and we had missed the boat. On the second occasion we tried to expand, he never came back to us. We rang again and still no joy. We sourced funding elsewhere. We are now in the process of incorporating and he is being very helpful - NOT. He seems to be making the whole process harder and harder, so much so that enough is enough. We are now looking to move elsewhere. Despite being very good customers, always with a good credit balance, they do nothing to help and only hinder. Useless!
