Flights on time
I am astounded Lufthansa did not get more good reviews. We have used Lufthansa monthly for one whole year from Kuwait to Frankfurt. The flight was always on time, it was spacious, the food was good and the service ... well most of the time, departure was at around 2h00 am so everybody had long faces - it did not count. For those who are picky about this airline, you should try flying here in the US, you would probably change your mind about Lufthansa.
