Good Points

It depends on who you spoke to. Some where friendly and others where dam right rude.


Bad Points

From the minute I dealt with these people I had a bad feeling. The information they told us wasn't clear and calls where never returned.


General Comments

Not impressed at all with Guaranteed Car Finance, when i was putting in application, Payment protection wasn't even an option, just automatically put on, which amounted up to 40 a month, when i asked for it to be taken off their attitude towards my husband and me changed.
