Should THEY make an error, they hit me very hard with charges and refused to reimburse me.


General Comments

As most of the communication is done via the phone with Abbey National Business Internet Banking, the rest via post, the phone operators do not appear to know their procedures very well.

Please DO NOT open an account with them, as you may run into trouble with them as some point.
