There is a letter on their website that explains that this company has gone into administration and advises the name and address that all creditors should write to. However, with such a high number of creditors looking for monies owed, there is little chance of receiving anything back. I found a website that explains how the process works and all they could suggest was to phone up your phoneline provider to see if they can reduce your monthly tariff but I have phoned t-mobile and they will not reduce (which they don't have to as cash back part taken out through Mobile Outlet not them). Only advice is NOT to cancel your contract as the phone providers could register a debt against you for non payment and ride it out until contract ends and be more careful next time (myself included!!).
