General Comments

Tesco Pet Insurance Review - Submitted a claim in October 07 for a biopsy for possible bone tumour in our Labrador. After persistent calls and eventually in January being told the claim was rejected due to an ongoing arthritic condition, the vet has submitted a detailed report and history stating clearly this is a new condition. Asked on 15th Feb for immediate settlement, and have had to ring again today to be told their Specialist advisor have asked for more details! I feel they don't care about the customer. Our vet has been brilliant in answering all the additional questions and information they wanted, and still they are not happy. They refuse to call back and tell you what is going on. I would cancel the direct debit immediately, except I know we will never see the money otherwise. I have asked for a call back at the end of the week for an update, but they won't guarantee that. I will never recommend them.
It's right about Pet Plan, expensive, but no quibbles over claims.
You get what you pay for!
