Have achieved decent connection speeds
Broadband customer service is, in my experience, unhelpful while technical support is polite but ineffective. When you call their premium rate helpline you spend the first 10 minutes explaining that you have already tried the basic advice that you are being given, several times! The operability of the email system is non-existent. It has to be the most stone-age thing I have seen, and I pay a ridiculous fee for the priviledge. Not only that but essential, official emails (of reasonable size) take 5 days to arrive while the vast quantity of spam, which I don't seem to be able to filter (may be my lack of technical knowhow - but it shouldn't be that hard!), arrives with indecent speed!
I do not recommend Toucan, in my opinion, the set up is not worth the money!
