Strong regional accent when trying to register views at call centre
Tried hard to register for telephone banking with Yorkshire Bank Internet Banking www.ybonline.co.uk. Had to provide them with the information I wanted from them! Told to visit a cash dispenser to get the information (a 12 mile round trip).
