Just below incompetent
Took 14 days to get anew password. Have been with them 4 months and only tried to access my account twice. Each time couldn't get in. Hence the need to get new password twice. Even after getting a new password it doesn't allow you access immediately (3 times failing and your new password is invalid )
Last time I spoke to ICICI Internet Banking www.icicibank.com on their help line before using my new password for 3rd. time. Gained access and then it is mandatory to change the new password for one of your own which doesn't work next time you want to log on
