Frequent downtime of website and many, many lost emails. When I upgraded the package to a managed server, they took over a month to do it but instead of saying at the outset that they did not have the equipment, they pretended that the site had been upgraded and eventually it emerged that it had not been. When it was changed to a managed server, they did it without notice and the web site crashed.



Customer service was very unhelpful. On many occasions I spoke to several different operators and all were the same and did not know what was going on. Refused to connect to a supervisor and said "it was not company policy".


Poor hosting company, would not use them
