Good Points

The hotel rooms were clean and tidy with plenty of storage space for all your skiing clothes and accessories.


Bad Points

The only bad point of the holiday was when we passed the nannies taking the children a walk down the road. Our little girl is only 16 months and she was walking on her own along side a pushchair, with no restraint on. So this did upset me a bit because she is liable to run off.


General Comments

The Hotel Grande Claviere is a great family hotel with plenty of fun for all the family. We would definitely recommend this to any friends and family looking for a family skiing holiday in Italy.
The food was excellent in the evenings, 3 courses everyday but two, and that was on the carvery night and Italian night where is was 5 courses. Breakfast was good apart from two mornings where there wasn't much choice for the children. But generally it was one of the best choices we've had on a skiing holiday.
The creche was good. Plenty of toys and things to make and do. We used the drop off at ski school and collection on one day and this was very useful as we skied over to France so needed more than the 2 hours in ski school time.
We all received free pampers nappies which was a great help with the weight allowance on the plane. You can also hire free monitors and bottle warmers for the babies, and whenever you needed a bottle warming up the staff were only too pleased to help.
