Love Jane Norman. Staff are usually great, sometimes the fit of clothes I find isn't quite right but overall a great store.
In return to pariap's review by trading standards a store does not have to sell you an item at the price on the ticket, this is a myth! It is called an invite to treat. At any point the store can refuse to sell the item to you, they have to remove that item from the shopfloor for 24 hours and re-kimble it at the correct price.
