ING Direct Internet Banking www.ingdirect.com banking group DOES NOT instill any kind of confidence in me at all.
It has taken weeks to get a PIN number from this organization.
IT foul-ups caused them to generate hundreds (thousands?) of bad PINs
and send them out. Even after all their mix-ups, they still did not get a PIN sent to me upon request, and I had to re-re-request it.
I am still awaiting resolution of this simple PIN issue.
I have zero confidence in this corporate entity, and I rank them as a zero.
There must be better ones out there.
