Having ordered some bedroom furniture from B&Q we were told we had to wait 1 month for delivery we place our order and 3 days before the delivery was due we received several phone calls telling us when our furniture would arrive we thought that was really excellent service
when our furniture arrived a month after ordering parts of the order were missing and was told that the rest would be delivered in two parts the 1st 3 weeks after the original delivery and the second another 3 weeks so our order by the time we receive all the parts it will have taken10 weeks and 3 days off work unpaid to wait for deliveries also if you have to send anything back the driver cannot come into your house if it is nightfreight that pick it up therefore any heavy articles you have to lift which is very poor if you are elderly, you also do not get your refund until the items have been returned via carrier.
i will think twice before ordering furniture again from B&Q I will be shopping else where as after waiting one month for delivery i expect all my items ordered to be there on the one delivery i am a very unhappy customer.
