I have been with supanet since 2005 and have NEVER had a problem with them, I have always been able to speak to an adviser i.e when we moved and my 8 mgb dropped to 2.7,they checked my line and sadly as far as I am aware its bts fault, I hope they upgrade this line soon, I am very happy with every aspect of this provider.
I have noticed they are offering good deals to new customers and being a pensioner on a limited income I would like a better deal too.
Overall I am very happy with supanet and will continue to use them as my isp for the foreseeable future the only thing that might make me change provider is a better deal financially,but they had better be as good as supanet.
