Bad Points

The only bad things that I can mention is that when I tried to cancel my contract with orange they decided that I was a valued customer and offered me the same deal as the mobile phone company only £5 cheaper. Why it took me leaving the network to become valued I don't know as I'm sure orange could have offered there customers these deals without them threatening to leave.


General Comments

I found there approach very professional and well informed, they were clear with what they were selling and with the products on offer and if I was in any confusion with the details I received a quality assured call to reconfirm everything and another call once I had received my new phone to talk me through the porting process, very good service. Overall a professional and competent service there was no miss selling or misdirection. Straight forward and precise service.
