Good Points

Easy to book, but not what I booked!

Bad Points

Very poor customer service. We were unhappy with our reservation and Expedia did nothing to make things better. They seemed to have all the answers and an alibi for their poor customer feedback.

General Comments

I will never ever book with Expedia again. They were great with bookings, but follow up service was terrible. They should be ashamed of their customer service.
