Good Points

Looks pretty! For Branded name I expected better. Bagless.


Bad Points

Too heavy, noisy, bad design. Tools won't stay on and very awkward to use.


General Comments

The worst experience I have ever had in vacuuming! Not at all user friendly. I can't believe this was designed by a human! Very dissapointed. Would NOT buy this brand again.
