General Comments

Service I received from Tutti Bambini was really bad. I ordered through the main website, the delivery was relayed by a few days but i had to keep phoning and harrasing them to get to know when delivery would be. this is not acceptable for working mums we cannot take days off to accommodate companies.

also had to argue to get a refund on the draw for my cot bed. they said they would send one for free. was really happy till i received the draw - my cot bed is white; they sent out cream.

therefore i called them, the reply was that they packed a white one & they blamed me for lying about the colour. Now refusing to pick up the draw and says if you want me to apologise then bring it to me I have other customers to deal with.

great for a company dealing with parents!!!

    I have experienced similar poor service from this company and would wish to emphasise the problems I've experienced with delivery and service so others have a fairer option on avoiding them.
