I can help you. I got ALL my cashback paid- follow the following process; Issue a Formal Demand letter to the co at their trading address, Also send a copy to the Registered address (Mobile Matters UK ltd is the registered name). Also send a copy to both directors- to their home addresses (This can be got from Companies House)- I have all these details but am not allowed to post it here. In the Formal Demand state that unless the cash back is paid you will obtain ccj and will follow that up with a Creditors Winding up petition. That is what I did and I got paid within two days of them receiving my Formal Demand. I would like to help anyone who is struggling with this company. Hope this helps.
