Really pleased, having now read the reviews here, that the telephone salesman (the area manager) upset me so much that I did not follow through with a quotation.
A person came to my door last week, I said that I was looking for double glazing but just wanted a quote and was not in a position to commit just yet. I gave him exact measurements for all windows and doors and he promised to come back at a specific time. I left work early to meet him but when I got home had a message from another person asking me to confirm the appointment. I said that I had already made arrangements, the man had such a bad attitude that I ended up swearing at him.
It turns out that the original caller was just employed to get names and addresses, everything he said appears now to be a complete lie.
