Good Points

Wovenground prices are the cheapest on the Net - I almost ordered a rug somewhere else but saw wovenground in the Guardians Shopping Guide - they were cheaper than everyone else & did not charge for delivery.


Bad Points

I found the shopping basket a bit slow with extra security.


General Comments

I had a small problem at checkout which I think was my fault as I used my back button & ended up with 2 items in my basket. I called and found the woman I spoke to really helpful. She talked me through the purchase & checked the size & colour was right for me. She also explained their 7 day satisfaction guarantee which meant I didnt have to worry. My rug arrived within 3 days of ordering & was perfect - Well done Wovenground,com.
