Bad Points

In my experience, unreliable service provision (business broadband -> it's a joke, as you could never run a successful business using what they offer), unhelpful technical staff, no awareness of my personal ongoing problem when you speak to a new "advisor", customer service very unhelpful.


General Comments

Didn't like anything. Was a problem from day 1 and didn't cease to be until I left some 2 months later (actually, it is still a problem even though I gave up on the service in January - as far as I am concerned, they still can't get their act together to send an accurate final bill).

I do not recommend Eclipse Internet Broadband. Ever.
