Misleading booking prices
I fully agree with greatgershwins comments, how do jet2 get away with there misleading prices. We booked Blackpool to Alicante and the price went up by £80 by the time we got to the confirm stage for no apparent reason. Trying to complain is almost impossible, 50pa minute phone calls certainly tend to deter. Surely trading standards should be monitoring such practices. If jet 2 seriously want to have good customer relations they could start by being more easily accessible.
