Good Points

Looks Pretty. With this Brand name I expected far better design.


Bad Points

Rubbish! Terrible design. Heavy. Noisy.


General Comments

This is the worst experience I have ever had in vacuming! Was this machine designed by a human for a human? Not very user friendly. Impossible to use on stairs without breaking your neck! Tools won't stay on when using. Worst buy ever! Will never buy this Brand again.
