I booked a holiday to the Maldives with Southall Travel in December 2007. I checked this website only after I'd made the booking, and to be frank, was a little worried given the comments that have been posted. In case anyone has also done this .. don't panic like I did ... I truly have absolutely no complaints regarding the handling of my booking. Southall's Agent's were knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. Even when I thought they were wrong regarding flight times (comparing what they were telling me to info I'd received from Kuoni) they were polite and indeed correct. E-ticket and vouchers via email also were much more efficient than snail mail which too often is lost. Thanks to the team for their help. Our holiday, by the way, was fantastic!
