An old classic that is well made. High quality medal finish. good open sights. wood has a real good finish to it. A very cool original looking logo of the red rider on stock. easy to use. Great price. Shoots with good accuracy within its short range limit.

General Comments
I bought this modern remake of the old red rider classic bb gun for my youngest daughter. It is her first experience with a gun, so I wanted it to be a good one. And it very much has been with this little daisy red ryder bb gun. My daughter never shot a gun but she took to shooting this little red rider bb gun like an expert. I made up a target and set it about 10 yards away, with a good backstop. Then started with her first shooting lesson. After a few shots and elevating the rear sight a bit, I was very pleased with the results. She just kept putting the bb into the bightly colored 3" square I drew on cardboard for a target. Amazing accuracy for such an inexpensive smooth bore bb gun. She was thrilled and I'm a happy Dad! Looking forward to many more bb gun shoots with my daughter. Great little gun from Daisy.
