Professional, good air crews, allocated seats at check in, extensive destinations, good record of punctuality.
If anything is non standard hard to get in touch with anyone in customer services. Out of GB call centre. Stealth charges creeping in.
I have been using Jet2 since they launched their service from Leeds Bradford and have flown with them dozens of times. I find them an excellent airline and like the fact that seats are allocated at check in. I once flew with Ryanair - never again.
Jet2 are good as long there is nothing out of the ordinary or any problems with your booking. Should you need to contact customer services thats when the problems start. Their help line costs 50p per minute and they are not very helpful. For some reason their on line check in facility has disappeared. They have changed the procedure and the option no longer appears. Try finding someone to tell you whats gone wrong.
