After sales staff are very unhelpful.


General Comments

PC world are disgustingly bad after you have given them your money and they just done care about you after that. i would strongly advise people dont buy from them, ever. I kept getting out through to different departments who then sent me back to the same department i had rant before. No one knew how to help me. Their in store staff are full of you know what and said they had fixed my PC when they may as well have not touched it. They don't read emails properly as i put i refused to ring them again they sent me a number to ring.
