Went to the Mill House Beefeater at Salfords in Surrey on 25/02/08 and booked table for 3 for mothers day. At 2 o'clock on the 02/03/08 we arrived on time to have our meal, and found that NO reservation had been made, and we were told we might get a table at about 3 o'clock. We were told that a reservation fee should have been paid, but this was not mentioned at the time. It was a wasted journey on both accounts, as it takes about 1 hour round trip. We ended up with a take away, which was an anti climax. We have been to a lot of Beefeater restaurants over the years and this is the second time this has happened, but that time they got us in.
