General Comments

I ordered a DV7 camera from Smart Shop TV on the 3rd of December 2007, and on the 5th of December the money came out of my account. I have emailed them about 10 times, and made numerous phone calls, of which I could not get an answer to any of them, even after holding for 15 to 20 minutes, which was costing me. I then got in contact on the 7th of February and I was told I would get a full refund within 7 days, but I am still waiting. I have now written to my local trading standards.
