Good Points
Moon pig have a good choice of cards and I was thrilled to be able to personalise my card
Bad Points
As far as I am aware, Moonpig took money out of my account twice so I contacted them through customer service on the web to explain their error and request they refund the money taken in error. Two weeks later and I have had no response and my money has not been returned yet.
General Comments
I was originally pleased with the site and have recommended them to friends. I assumed an error had been made and gave them the opportunity to put this right. Now, however I am extremely disappointed with the customer service they have yet to provide.
