My family and I flew EasyJet from Zurich to Barcelona and return. This was our first trip on EasyJet and will be our last! The return flight from Barcelona to Zurich was a disaster. We paid additional charges in order to obtain the so-called Speed Boarding checkin. According to the Easy Jet procedures, Speed Boarding Ticket holders would be the first to board the aircraft. Not on this flight. We were the first to board the bus but as soon as the door opened, everyone jumped out and ran towards the aircraft as if they were going for a football match. I would expect the cabin crew to take control and at the very least, one of them should be at the bottom of the stairs to ensure that Speed Boarding ticket holders are given the privilidge to board the aircraft first. My 9 year old son was pushed by the adults to one side and in the end, we lost one another while climbing up the stairs. When I mentioned this to the Chief Flight Attendant, she was yelling at me, saying it is not her problem. The cabin crew offered no apology, nor any kind words. Another crew member took me by the arm, and yelled that it was not his problem, and there is nothing he can or will do. What kind of service is this? My family and I sat towards the back row in the end. I hope that the management will look into this matter, otherwise you are purely cheating your passengers with speed service at premium rates but in the end, it is still a first come first serve. The elderly, children etc would have no chance over the others, on the contrary, they will simply be pushed under the very eyes of the crew members with no control nor action from their part. Certainly our first and last flight with the airlines.
