In store whilst booking holiday, assistant was distracted several times by other staff something to do with cruise booking. Not 100% customer focus. Then they booked wrong dates and refused to refund or re-book!
I will NEVER travel with Thomsons again. They ruined my valentines day. The staff are under trained and more bothered about commission than customers wants/needs!
Lost over £200 re-booking holiday, was charged for branch mistake! When I went back - no managers or assistant managers in store, so wasted 7 hours going back, and parking costs. Not ONCE did I get an apology.
