I really can't think of any.
In my opinion only it's mother could love it..
Listing all its inadequacies would be as tedious as using it.
If you are currently using XP and you have it set-up the way you like, don't change to Vista. There is no option to have any XP look or feel, with extra bells and whistles, as you might expect.
