General Comments

With all inclusive you receive your drink served warm in a plastic picnic mug not a glass and with no ice and if there are two or more in your party all of you have to go to the bar to get your own drink. There is no afternoon tea, coffee or ice cream for the children as stated in the brochure. All inclusive means that you have to eat 3 disgusting meals a day in the hotel and the advertised poolside bar does not serve all inclusive snacks only those that are paid for. The bar closes at 11.00 am and not 1.00 am as stated and there is no entertainment apart from a 15 minute belly dancing display one day and a 30 minute painful on the ears singing duo on another day . That is it for the week ! The rooms are below standard and not cleaned very well. Electrics leave a lot to be desired when I plugged my hair straighteners in, in the bathroom, both the wall lights went out. There is no other plug in the room for hairstyling equipment. The hotel outsources its laundry and managed to loose ours for 48 hours and when we went to reception to find out what as happening every time we were told it would be here in the next hour some 24 hours later it was back . Not impressed with the ironing everything had crease lines down the centre T shirs , shorts, trousers etc so not able to wear them anyway, Reception staff most unhelpful.
, No public toilets in the complex apart from the one in reception and you were not encouraged to go in there in swimming gear. Pool surround was dangerous for small children as tiles very slippery. Childrens playground was a joke most children have more play equipment in their back garden and we are only talking a small plastic slide here and a swing ! Bar decor does not exactly encourage you to spend a night in there. Hotel does not warrant more than 1 star and that is being generous,
